Chapter 1
Something Unseen
Rather than going to school, I would go and see Max. Max was a Shire horse who grazed in a field near my childhood home, and one of my closest friends. Animals seemed to trust me without question. Nature never felt silent. It felt as though it was always trying to tell me something.
Coming home after a long day outside, I would walk into a room and know that someone was carrying a heavy heart, even when they smiled and said everything was fine. For a long time I believed this was simply how everyone experienced the world. I was wrong.
Only years later did I discover that what I had dismissed as instinct was something much deeper. A quiet inheritance that had travelled through generations of my family, waiting to be recognised.
Once I understood it, everything made sense. The answers we seek are not outside us. They are already within us.
Today I hold this gift with gratitude. It allows me to guide people through uncertainty, to help them find clarity, and to trust the path ahead.
But back then, my own path was still a mystery to me.
Chapter 2
An Unexpected Path
If you had met me in my early thirties, you would never have guessed that my destiny was Pachamama.
My world was boardrooms, business plans, negotiations and deadlines. It was fast, demanding and built on logic. I thrived in it.
I co-founded a bank and later built a recruitment business. Every decision mattered. Every conversation revealed something about people: their ambition, their resilience, their fears, and the dreams they kept hidden behind their professional success.
Long before I recognised my spiritual path, I found myself helping people uncover their strengths and make the decisions that let them step into work where they truly flourished.
Looking back, I can see the pattern. Business was not a detour. It was preparation. And it was in business that I learned something I have never stopped seeing: people rarely struggle because they lack talent. They struggle because they have lost sight of who they are.
Shortly afterwards, I discovered something else.
Chapter 3
Following My Heart
Life has a beautiful way of guiding us towards where we are meant to be.
When my husband and my children came into my life, something quietly shifted. There was a growing certainty that the life ahead of me was asking for something more profound than the work I had done before.
The ambition that had driven me for years remained. It was simply no longer enough. I found myself longing for something deeper: to nurture my family, and to do work connected to healing, understanding and genuine spiritual connection.
But there were still lessons I was destined to learn.
Chapter 4
A Deeper Calling
I trained first as a Reiki Master and Teacher, where I experienced the extraordinary power of presence, compassion and stillness. My path then led me to become an Ashtanga Yoga teacher, deepening my understanding of the connection between mind, body and spirit.
Along the way I had the privilege of studying with Sogyal Rinpoche, the Tibetan Buddhist teacher and author of The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying. His teaching transformed the way I understood both life and death, and showed me that even in our most difficult moments there is profound grace to be found.
The more I learned, the more I realised that healing is not something we do to another person. It is something we help them do for themselves.
Inspired by his teaching, I trained to accompany people and their families through the final stage of life. I later worked as a counsellor in a cancer hospice, supporting patients and those who loved them through one of life’s most sacred and vulnerable journeys.
Those years changed me. Sitting beside people as they looked back over their lives taught me that what matters most is not success, status or achievement. It is love. Presence. Forgiveness. Connection. The courage to truly live while we have the chance.
Soon afterwards, I opened a holistic healing centre. It became more than a place of healing. It became a sanctuary where people could step away from the noise of everyday life and rediscover the strength and wisdom that had always been within them.
Looking back, every experience had quietly prepared me for this work. I was no longer searching for my purpose. I was living it.
Chapter 5
Today
When I look back, every chapter of my life is connected.
The childhood sensitivity I could not explain. The years in business. Motherhood. The people I met along the way. Each one taught me something about what it means to be different, and gently led me to this place.
Today I work internationally as a counsellor, spiritual healer, medium and Feng Shui practitioner, with people from every walk of life. Entrepreneurs and leaders, elite athletes, families, and those searching for a new direction.
No two journeys are the same. Some people come seeking clarity. Others arrive carrying grief, uncertainty, or questions they have never spoken aloud. Together we create the space for insight, healing and transformation.
It is work built on trust, compassion and complete discretion.
And after more than thirty years, I have come to believe one simple truth. The answers we seek have never been outside us. They speak to us from within. Sometimes we simply need someone to help us hear them.
