There is no single path. Some people come once, at a moment when something needs to shift. Others work with Sabine for years.<\/p>

A thirty minute conversation, by video or phone. No charge, no obligation.<\/p>

Before we speak, I will send you a short questionnaire. It takes about ten minutes and asks about what is happening in your life right now, what feels stuck, and what you would like to be different. Answering it is often the first useful thing that happens.<\/p>

Then we talk. I will ask questions, listen, and tell you honestly what I think would help, including whether I think I am the right person. If I am not, I will say so and point you elsewhere.<\/p>

Designed around you. No two people arrive carrying the same story, so no two sessions are the same. There is no fixed programme, no script, and no standard number of sessions.<\/p>

A tailored approach. I draw on more than thirty years of practice and a range of disciplines: energy healing, Reiki, Feng Shui, counselling, and the traditions I have studied across Europe and South America. Which of these we use depends entirely on what you bring.<\/p>

Led by listening. Each session begins with conversation. I listen to what you say and to what sits underneath it. The direction comes from there, not from a plan made in advance.<\/p>

At your pace. Some things clear quickly. Others take time, and should. You are never asked to go further or faster than feels right.<\/p>

The shapes the work takes<\/p>

Every session is bespoke. These are shapes, not products.<\/p>

A Single session<\/p>

For a specific moment: a decision to make, a weight to put down, a period of pressure to get through. One and a half to three hours, in the Sanctuary in Wimbledon, or at your home in Monaco, by arrangement.<\/p>

A course of work<\/p>

The most common way people work with me. A series of sessions across several months, with space between them for things to settle and integrate. We agree the shape after your first session, not before.<\/p>

A day in the Sanctuary<\/p>

A longer immersion for people who cannot come regularly, or who want to go further in one go. Time, quiet, and no clock watching. Often chosen by clients travelling from abroad.<\/p>

Your environment<\/p>

Feng Shui and space clearing for homes, second homes and workplaces. Conducted in person in London, or by arrangement elsewhere. Sessions in Monaco take place at your home, by arrangement. The consultation is described in full on the Feng Shui page.<\/p>

For established clients. Shorter check ins, held online, when life asks for them.<\/p>
